Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our music! We handle all shipping personally from our band headquarters in Germany.

1. Shipping Times & Pre-Orders

• Standard Items: Unless otherwise stated, we ship within 2-4 weeks.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the final price before you complete your purchase.

3. International Shipping (Non-EU Fans) We ship worldwide! However, please note:

Important Note for International Fans: For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Australia, UK, Switzerland), additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your country's laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

4. Tracking Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable to your chosen shipping method).

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments Since we are a small DIY operation, please bear with us if things take a day longer during tour cycles or studio sessions. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at merch@pinkpool.band.
