Cancellation policy

No Subscriptions We do not currently offer automatic subscriptions or recurring payments. Every purchase in our shop is a one-time order.

Pre-orders When we offer items for pre-order (e.g., a new album or limited merchandise), the following terms apply:

Payment: Payment is captured immediately upon completion of the order to reserve your item.
Cancellation: You can cancel your pre-order free of charge at any time before the items are shipped. To do so, simply send a short email to merch@pinkpool.band.
Post-Shipping: Once the item has been shipped, our regular 14-day Right of Withdrawal applies. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
