Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Hi! Thanks for supporting us. By making a purchase, you agree to the following rules to ensure everything runs fairly for both sides.

Section 1: Scope and Provider These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Grigory Gorozhankin, Kollwitzstr. 76, 10435 Berlin.

Section 2: Conclusion of Contract (1) The product presentations in the online shop serve as an invitation to submit a purchase offer. By clicking the button [Buy / Place binding order], you submit a binding purchase offer.

(2) The contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email or by delivering the goods.

Section 3: Prices and Shipping Costs (1) The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

(2) In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Section 4: Delivery Conditions & Shipping (1) We ship our goods directly from our band warehouse in Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is approximately 2-5 working days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible between rehearsals and gigs!

Section 5: Payment Terms Payment can be made via [e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna].

Section 6: Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Section 7: Right of Withdrawal Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our separate Refund Policy.

Section 8: Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply. If there is a printing error or a defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage so that we can arrange for a replacement delivery.

Section 9: Final Provisions German law applies. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply.
